Round Of 32 Tournament

Collaborating with the Benjamin Jeremy Clapp foundation was special. Thank You!

The Benjamin Clapp Athletic Fund

The Benjamin Jeremy Clapp Athletic Fund was established to honor the memory of Benjamin Jeremy Clapp, a talented 14-year-old athlete who tragically drowned on August 7, 2024, in Morrisville, Vermont. This fund aims to support young athletes and their communities by providing scholarships, covering summer camp tuition, replacing equipment, and upgrading facilities. The initiative reflects Benjamin's passion for sports and his commitment to helping others.

Recently, the VT Coyotes collaborated with the fund during the Round of 32 tournament, which served as a recruiting event for athletes aspiring to make it to training camp. The event provided a competitive platform for players to showcase their skills and dedication, with scouts and coaches closely watching for emerging talent.

The tournament was a resounding success, bringing the community together and honoring Benjamin’s legacy through sportsmanship and opportunity. Proceeds from the event will go toward supporting young athletes and continuing the positive impact of the Benjamin Jeremy Clapp Athletic Fund.
